Macpac Volta Vented Hiking Backpack 52L

The 52L Volta Vented is a single-compartment hiking pack made with a nylon ripstop fabric with UTS-coating for lightweight reliability.

It’s secured by a roll-top closure and has a detachable lid. An additional strap runs from the base to the lid to lift loads and provide greater compression. Stretchy front and side pockets let you store bottles and snacks outside the pack, and the detachable shoulder strap pocket can be used for snacks, sunglasses, or a soft water flask.

If you use a hydration bladder, you can keep it inside and thread the hose through a port at the top of the harness. The way the shoulder strap is designed means that you can keep the mouthpiece close by without it flapping as you walk.

The AIRFLEX trampoline harness has a back mesh panel that is suspended away from the pack shell to allow for maximum ventilation. This makes it an ideal pack for when you’re hiking in hot weather and you want as much airflow as possible between you and your pack. This harness also has an element of flex in the frame so it’s comfortable to move in. Perfect for overnight hikes.

It has a fixed hip belt with zipped hip belt pockets for those easy-to-reach snacks while on the trail.
